Looking to advance your retail career (and fast)?Learn more about the new retail career advancement (RCA) program during a special info session on Friday, Aug. 4, 2017.
Generation RCA is a nonprofit training program to help entry-level employees gain the skills they need to "fast track" their retail career and earn a promotion. It is open to anyone currently or recently employed in a retail or customer-facing role.
Generation RCA is a six-week boot camp of sorts. It meets three times a week and focuses on training retail employees with the technical skills they need to be a leader in their industry.Generation RCA graduates receive the National Retail Federation (NRF) certificate — a nationally recognized credential by retailers. This opens up the door for career advancement and leadership opportunities, with 87% of program graduates receiving a rating as a top performer or above average by their employers.
Yes, this special career advancement program exists in 48 cities around the world. And thanks to funding from Walmart, the program is now available in Dallas.
