If you're having trouble managing your money, it might be hard to stay in school. That's why DCCCD has launched a new program to help you with your finances. One bonus: The program will match up to $25 a month that income-eligible students make into a special account.
We've partnered with Consumer Credit Counseling Service (CCCS) of Greater Dallas and the
Dallas Women's Foundation to provide free, confidential, one-on-one financial counseling and free money management classes.
The new program is called C2: SAFE (College Counts: Securing Assets Through Financial Education). It is free to our students.
Male students are welcome to participate. However, the Dallas Women's Foundation is particularly interested in helping low-to-moderate-income young women.
