Request A Degree Plan

Your degree plan sets out your path to completion and graduation. You have access to this road map through eConnect.

View Your Degree Plan

  1. Visit the Current Credit Student page in eConnect.
  2. Select My Program of Study, under the My Personal Information sub-menu.

You, the student, have the ultimate responsibility to select and register for courses meeting your graduation requirements. Please check your degree plan every semester to make sure you are on track for graduation.

You should file an official degree plan request after your first semester of enrollment. If you are receiving Veterans' benefits or are enrolling as an international student, please check with your Veterans or International advisor regarding procedures for filing your degree plan request.

Please note: Credit is granted by one of the seven colleges of DCCCD. You must complete 25% of the total credit hours for your degree/certificate through the college awarding the degree/certificate and can be taken online or in person.

Filing a Degree or Certificate Plan

Go to the Admissions/Registrars Office windows and complete the Degree Plan Request form.

  • Your official transcripts of previous college work completed outside the colleges of DCCCD must be on file
at the time you request degree plan.

  • Select a degree program indicated on the back of the form and indicate the catalog you are
using. You may choose to select the catalog for the academic year in which you first enrolled at
Mountain View College, or a recent catalog year if you enrolled for that year. If you do not
meet all the degree requirements within a (5) five year period, you will need to select a new
catalog year for which you are eligible.

  • Degree/certificate requirements may change from the time you enter the program. The colleges of DCCCD reserve the right to modify curricula or to make changes as appropriate.

  • You, the student, have the ultimate responsibility to select and register for courses meeting
    graduation requirements.
