Your program of study sets out your path to completion and graduation. You have access to this road map through eConnect.
You, the student, have the ultimate responsibility to select and register for courses meeting your graduation requirements. Please check your program of study every semester to make sure you are on track for graduation.
You should file an official program of study audit request after your first semester of enrollment. If you are receiving veterans benefits or are enrolled as an international student, please check with your veterans advisor or international student advisor regarding procedures for filing your program of study audit request.
Please note: Credit is granted by one of the seven colleges of DCCCD.
You must complete 25% of the total credit hours for your degree/certificate through the college awarding the degree/certificate. Your credit hours can be taken online or in person.
Go to the Admissions/Registrars Office windows and complete the Degree Plan Request form.
Your official transcripts of previous college work completed outside the colleges of DCCCD must be on fileat the time you request degree plan.
Select a degree program indicated on the back of the form and indicate the catalog you areusing. You may choose to select the catalog for the academic year in which you first enrolled atMountain View College, or a recent catalog year if you enrolled for that year. If you do notmeet all the degree requirements within a (5) five year period, you will need to select a newcatalog year for which you are eligible.
Degree/certificate requirements may change from the time you enter the program. The colleges of DCCCD reserve the right to modify curricula or to make changes as appropriate.
