Prospects should start making online payments at the following page created by the provider for this specific purpose: www. 

These payments will help you secure your participation for this Cultural/Academic Experience at the price previously disclosed until January 24, 2020. After this date, prospects still can sign up BUT, the price will be higher due to raise of cost in airfares. 

Actual registration for the class will open in April 2018, when the Summer Catalogue is published and the cost of the tuition will have to be paid then.

November

  • Pre-registration STARTS!!! 
  • Prospects provide instructor with the required application. If you do not have one, solicit it. 
  • Prospects should make an installment of $1,000.00 directly with the vendor. This money is refundable until January 24th, 2020. 
  • Start drafting and/or reviewing scholarship essay through the Ink Spot at Mountain View College, based on the parameters given on those websites. 
  • BAGIS opens in mid-January. 
  • The Foundation opens in January 1st. 

December

  • Pre-registration continues. 
  • Prospects provide instructor with the required application. If you do not have one, solicit it. 
  • Prospects should make an installment of $1,000.00 directly with the vendor. This money is refundable until January 24th, 2020. 
  • Start drafting and/or reviewing scholarship essay through the Ink Spot at Mountain View College, based on the parameters given on those websites. 
  • The Foundation opens in January 1st, 2020. 

BAGIS opens in mid-January. The Foundation/DCCCD Scholarships open on January 1, 2020. MVC will be closed and on vacations since December 8, 2019 and until January 13, 2020. This means you will not have a reminder from me during this period of time. 

January 

  • Pre-registration continues. 
  • Prospects provide instructor with the required application. If you do not have one, solicit it. 
  • Prospects should make an installment of $1,000.00 directly with the vendor. This money is refundable until January 24th, 2020. If the minimum of students is met. We will continue as scheduled. Otherwise, refunds would be processed by the vendor. 
  • Review the scholarship essays through the Ink Spot at Mountain View College. 
  • ETSAFSS & RMISAES from DCCCD/The Foundation Scholarships opened on January 1st, 2020. 
  • Regular BAGIS opens mid-January. 
  • Submit BAGIS, ETSAFSS & RMISAES from DCCCD/The Foundation applications when ready. 

February 

  • Pre-registration continues at a higher price, inquire for details. 
  • Prospects provide instructor with the required application. If you do not have one, solicit it. 
  • Prospects should make another installment directly with the vendor so the final payments do not feel too staggering. 
  • Review your scholarship essay through the Ink Spot at Mountain View College. 
  • Submit BAGIS & ETSAFSS & RMISAES from DCCCD/The Foundation applications when ready. 
  • Start looking for the best airfare available and purchase it when found. 

March 

  • Pre-registration continues at a higher price, inquire for details. 
  • Prospects provide instructor with the required application. If you do not have one, solicit it. 
  • Prospects must make their second installment directly with the vendor for $1,250.00 by March 6th, 2020. 
  • Review your scholarship essay through the Ink Spot at Mountain View College. 
  • Submit BAGIS & ETSAFSS & RMISAES from DCCCD/The Foundation Scholarship applications. 
  • BAGIS closes on March 3, 2020, & ETSAFSS & RMISAES from DCCCD/The Foundation closes on March 31, 2020. 
  • Prospects must provide photocopy of their valid passport through December 2020 for the traveling file. 
  • All scholarships available have closed by now. 

April 

  • Two Payees: Vendor and MVC 
  • Official registration begins (for the late registrants, at a higher price, inquire for details). 
  • Prospects provide instructor with the required application. If you do not have one, solicit it. 
  • PAYEE 1 VENDOR: Prospects must make the final installment directly with the vendor for $1,250.00 to fully pay the cost of the trip. Or what it corresponds if you are a "Late-Registrant" 
  • PAYEE 2 MVC: Students must register for 8, 7 or 6 credit hours from any of the Spanish courses offered during this trip and pay the tuition at the time of registration. 
  • Prospects must provide photocopy of their valid passport through December 2020 for the traveling file. 
  • All scholarships available have closed by now. 

May 

  • Official registration continues until May 30th, 2020: 
  • Prospects provide instructor with the required application. If you do not have one, solicit it. 
  • PAYEE 1 VENDOR: Prospects must make the final installment directly with the vendor for $1,250.00 to fully pay the cost of the trip. Or what it corresponds if you are a "Late-Registrant" 
  • PAYEE 2 MVC: Students must register for 8, 7 or 6 credit hours from any of the Spanish courses offered during this trip and pay the tuition at the time of registration. 
  • Prospects must provide photocopy of their valid passport through December 2020 for the traveling file. 
  • Official responses from scholarship offices arrived. 

June 

Students, who did not pay the final amount in full, will receive a refund minus any non-refundable costs incurred by Mountain View College, and the student will forfeit participation in this program. 

July 

Refunds will be processed through MVC if necessary.
