The Mountain View College Visual Art Department provides educational opportunities that promote the understanding, practice and exhibition of the visual arts for the purposes of academic, personal and professional development. In all our objectives, our goal is to provide a resource for building a strong visual community voice for South Dallas, Oak Cliff and the larger Dallas County.
