Andrea McCullough, M.B.A.

Simulation Lab Coordinator

Andrea McCullough joined Mountain View’s Associate Degree Nursing program in the fall of 2014 as its simulation lab coordinator. She previously worked as a skills lab coordinator for five years in El Centro College’s Allied Health and Nursing division. She also worked 10 years as a Certified Nursing Assistant in various health care facilities including Walnut Hill Place Nursing Home and Walnut Hill Home Health Care.

Andrea holds a Master’s in Business Administration degree with a minor in health care systems and a bachelor’s degree in general studies with minors in business and sociology, both from Texas Woman’s University. She also earned an Associate in Arts degree from El Centro College.

An expert in health care simulation equipment, she is certified to operate various patient simulators, including SimMan 3G, SimMom, Vital Sims, Istan, and SimBaby. Andrea is a member of Simulation Professionals of Texas (SPOT), Simulation User Network (SUN) and the World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth.
