The mission of Auxiliary Services is to support Mountain View College in providing services to students, and to improve the quality of the student experience. Mountain View College Auxiliary Services is responsible for contract management of the college bookstore, food services, snack and beverage vending, and print vending.
This department serves as the liaison between the college and our contracted auxiliary service vendors, and provides reports to support the management of college auxiliary service operations.

The cashier will ask you to fill out a little form, then refund your money.
Please note: If you use a debit card, or credit card, in a college vending machine, it will “hold” additional funds on your card until your vending transaction amount clears. This usually clears within a few business days. If it does not clear, contact your financial institution. In these cases, if the vending machine does not vend, the card transaction will also clear in a few business days. If it does not clear, contact your financial institution.
