What is Compression Planning?
Compression Planning was developed by the McNellis Company and is based on the storyboarding model originally conceived by the Disney Company. This model has been used by more than 500 organizations including major manufacturers, hospitals, education institutions, the Department of Defense, marketing and advertising firms and technology companies.
