To heighten our awareness and strengthen our commitment to pursuing and providing excellent service, and in recognition of our customers as our external and internal stakeholders, and in recognition of the inherent value of all customers, WE the Mountain View College Enrollment Management Division with mutual consent set forth this Customer bill of rights.
All customers have the right to:
•Know the name of the person with whom s/he is interacting;
•Receive the full attention of the staff member providing assistance;
•Outstanding service, every day, including accurate, complete, and timely information or other customer services, delivered professionally and respectfully with friendliness and a positive attitude by knowledgeable staff;
•Access to appropriate staff needed to respond to the customer;
•Expect members of the Enrollment Management team to support the Enrollment Management division and its initiatives;
•A clean ,safe, and civil environment;
•Expect confidentiality, in all of its forms, as a part of the trust between stakeholders and the trust that binds all stakeholders;
•Question and to express concerns and to expect a response within a reasonable timeframe, with the assurance of due process as provided within the policies of the institution;
•Expect that when a final resolution to a question/concern is determined that this will be supported; and
•Expect that each of us will diligently seek to understand others in the same manner that we desire to receive understanding.
