The Mountain View College Police Department is committed to unbiased policing in all its encounters between officers and any person; to reinforce procedures that serve to ensure public confidence and mutual trust through the provision of services in a fair and equitable fashion; and to protect our officers from unwarranted accusations of misconduct when they act within the dictates of departmental policy and the law.
If a person has a complaint regarding a Mountain View College Police Officer's delivery of police services, their demeanor, conduct, alleged racial profiling, or any other form of misconduct, they should conduct the Mountain View College Police Department in person in room W135 and ask for an on-duty supervisor. Any supervisor can explain the complaint process to you and can take your complaint.
The above statement fulfills statutory requirements under the Code of Criminal Procedures Art. 2.132(b)(4).
