• You must first review your eligibility requirements for the program with your school counselor.  The counselor will advise you of the courses designated as dual credit are your school.  Next you must:
• Complete a Mountain View Admissions Application at the time of your first appointment.  If you have an admissions application that you have picked up at your school, complete it and bring it to the Dual Credit office.
• Complete all items listed on the Dual Credit/Concurrent Enrollment Checklist (link to this form)
• Take and pass the required test(s)

Students who wish to withdraw from the college credit portion of the course must follow college drop/withdrawal procedure and deadline.
