The cashiers provide the following services:
- Giving change to students if they have sufficient operating funds
- Giving directions to other MVC departments
- Providing general information on MVC programs
- Giving vending machine refunds if the machine failed to deliver the product
- Providing Bookstore and Testing Center information
- Giving out employee petty cash reimbursements and or petty cash advances
- Notifying departments of the receipt of vendor checks and releasing them to the department
- Notifying HR of receipt of employee payroll checks and releasing them to the employee
Taking payments for:
- Continuing Education or Credit classes
- Mountain View Facility rentals
- Mountain View Theater programs
- Club fund raisers and club dues
- College parking tickets
- Returned checks
- Testing Center tests
- Student tuition loan payments
- Employee travel reimbursement payments

Monday & Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
