Page Content The Dallas County Department of Health and Human Services may have meningitis shots for $10 under the adult safety net program for persons age 19 or older. Call the Stemmons Freeway office at 214-819-2000 to check on availability.
WHAT: $10 Bacterial Meningitis Vaccination for ages 19 years old and up while supply lasts. A new to college student must present a copy of Admissions Acceptance Letter and a valid TX ID. A student who did not attend in the 2011 fall semester but is returning to college should present a college ID and valid TX ID. Any student who attended college in the 2011 fall semester or who will be 30 years old before January 17, 2012 is exempt from providing proof of vaccination for enrollment in the 2012 spring semester.
