Title *
Title Link	Use this if you wish to have it link externally instead of the standard item page.
Use Title Link	Select this box if you are using the Title link above.
Intro Text	Use this field to add an intro (summary) text.  Use this only if you are including a thumbnail image.
Body
Publish Date	Please choose a day when this announcement should be online.  Leave blank if if you want it published immediately.
Expires *
Division *	Choose what division page your announment will show.
Department	If this announcement pertains to any of the departments listed here, please select the appropriate item.
Headline	Use this option to make this item a headline.  A headline announcement appear as a banner on the departmental homepage. You can only have 1 active banner at a time.
FrontPage	Choose option "No (only in department site)" if you would prefer this event appear *only* on your department site.  Or choose "No" to show on Announcements and Dept Homepage but not on the MVC Homepage.  Otherwise, choose the 'important' option.  All 'important' announcements appear as a banner on the MVC Homepage in red text. Please call MVC Webmaster before choosing this option.
Student Event	Choose this option if item should show in the 'Student Life' Page
Student Services	Choose this option if item should show in the 'Student Services' Page
Thumbnail Image	Use this to add a small thumbnail image. (65px by 65px  or 65px by 85X outlined by black border).  You must click on the 'attach' above on the toolbar.
Image	Image for page.  Please use no bigger than 200px by 250px.
ImageTop	Use this for your image to show on top oppose to having the image on the left. (275px by 350px)
Show Entire Item	Select either of the last 2 options to show the entire announcement on your department homepage.  Otherwise, leave it on the first option which will show a the title and intro text.
Do not show on	Choose a department where you would not like for this item to appear.  This only take affect when you choose "All Departments" above.
Show on top	Choose option "MVC Homepage" to bring this item to the very top of announcements. Selecting the first option requires web administrator approval.
MVC Frontpage Thumbnail Layout	If you choose 'Top', your thumbnail must be 275PX wide.  Choosing top places the thumbnail on top of the text, oppose to left with text wrapped around it.
