Simultaneous submissions are accepted, but the author must notify the Writer’s Garret if it is accepted to be published elsewhere.
The author’s submission should not infringe upon anyone’s copyright nor violate any proprietary rights. Any ideas, techniques, quotations, or any other material from the work of other people included in the work, published or otherwise, must be fully acknowledged in accordance with the standard referencing practices.
