L.E.A.D. Learn, Educate, Appreciate, and Develop Institute
At Mountain View College our employees are our greatest asset in preparing students for their future success. The L.E.A.D. Institute for professional development is responsible for facilitating the growth and development of Mountain View employees and ultimately the college’s capability to effectively serve the community.
The L.E.A.D. Institute includes the Office of Professional Development working collaboratively with representatives of faculty, staff and administration on the Mountain View College L.E.A.D Committee.
