In order to make the process more efficient, please follow the steps outlined below to begin the CPA program at Mountain View College.
1. Apply to Mountain View College or update your application if you have not taken classes in a year or more from any of the colleges of DCCCD. You will be given an ID number at this time. If not, contact MVC Admissions. You must complete step 1, the application to the college, otherwise we will not have a way to contact you throughout this process.
2. Request all undergraduate and graduate transcripts to be sent directly from the colleges to MVC:

The transcript can be emailed electronically to MVcpastarter@dcccd.edu (from the colleges/universities).
Transcripts cannot be hand delivered by the student. International transcripts must be evaluated by a credentialing agency for the U.S equivalency. A TSBPA evaluation is not sufficient. You can find a list of approved credentialing agencies at http://www.dcccd.edu/Emp/Departments/EA/TS/forStudents/Pages/ForCredEvals.aspx
3. You will be notified via email once your transcripts have been received. The email will contain the information you need to set up your advising appointment. Please be aware that this program has a high volume of students; therefore, it can take up to 90 days for you to receive this email.
